Why it happens
A coding agent builds what you ask for, and it is very good at making things that work in a demo. Some parts end up fully connected, some only partly, and some are only screens. Even the connected parts carry bugs nobody has found yet. If you are not technical, it is hard to tell which is which.
Then the product grows past what one person can hold in their head. The problems stop being in any one line and start being in the structure, so every fix moves them somewhere else. And a working demo is not a product real customers can rely on. That takes things a demo never needed.

What you can count on
The first look. If it tells you nothing you did not already know, we refund the $750.
Setup. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before we start. The price does not change unless you change the scope.
Partner. We answer the next business day, and the same day when customers are affected. Every fix comes with a test, so the same thing does not break twice. Month to month, and you can stop any month.
What nobody can promise. No software is free of bugs, and nobody watches a product every minute. What we set up are the checks, alerts and habits that catch most problems early and make the rest quick to find and fix.

Who is this for?
A founder building a product with AI who is not an engineer: at the idea stage and wanting to start on the right foundations, building and starting to lose track, or stuck where every fix breaks something else. We start with a call, and we will tell you if you do not need us.
Do I own everything?
Yes. The code, the accounts, the billing and the data are yours from the first day. We work in your accounts with one seat you can remove. Leaving means removing it.
Do you write my features?
Your coding agent keeps writing them, and you keep deciding what to build. We direct the agent and review what it writes. If you want us to build something larger, we quote it in writing first.
How is this different from a fractional CTO or a rescue service?
A rescue service fixes the bug you can see and leaves. A fractional CTO advises. We fix the structure underneath, and then stay and run it with you.
Why is the first look paid?
Because it is two days of reading your whole product and writing down what is finished, what is not, and what it needs before real customers rely on it. It comes after a free call, the result is yours whether or not you continue, and if it tells you nothing new, we refund it.
Can I do the setup and skip the monthly?
Yes. You leave with the fixed structure, your account, and the rules your agent works from. The door stays open.
